I am a one woman run business so it’s only my two hands behind the screen working on & packing your orders!
Processing Times
My dispatch time typically is 2-5 working days (Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm) due to this. During busy periods and dependent on volume of orders this is subject to change, i will always do my best to get your order out as soon as possible. Also i will always say and update you angels via my social media; particularly on my instagram & tiktok stories (@vialofvenus) where I post frequent shipping updates about when orders have been dispatched.
Shipping Method and Delivery Times
I use Royal Mail 48hr Tracked no signature for all United Kingdom orders, typically this takes usually 2/3 business days after dispatch but can be longer due to weekends, bank holidays, delays etc.
For international orders I use Royal Mail International Tracked delivery; which aims to get to you between 5-14 business days depending on air traffic, customs, delays etc. Delivery times may vary depending on location and processing.
Shipping Costs
I offer FREE UK delivery on all orders £65 and above, any orders under have a fixed rate of £4.65 / FREE USA + CANADA delivery on all orders £175 and above, any orders under have a fixed rate of £20.20 / All other worldwide international orders get FREE delivery on all orders £195 and above, any orders under have a fixed rate of £27.20, these pieces are subject to change and increase when natural increases with Royal Mail services increase.
Customs & Import Charges (international)
For any and all international orders, your parcel may be subject to customs fees and local taxes once it reaches your country. These charges are set by your local authorities and are the responsibility of the customer. For USA, the current tariff charges is paid this end by me, but you may still be entitled to pay customs when receiving the parcel. The tariffs to send internationally will be paid via Royal Mail by us.
If any customs charges are not paid and the parcel is returned to me, I will issue a refund for the item(s) once everything has been safely returned and checked. Please note that any costs incurred—such as original shipping, return postage, or customs and handling fees—will be deducted from the refund.
If a parcel is not returned to me due to unpaid customs charges and is instead lost, abandoned, or disposed of, I am unfortunately unable to offer a refund.
Order Issues, Damages & Delays
I am not responsible for any orders once they have been dispatched and left my premises/hands. While I will always do my best to assist, I can not be held liable for delays, lost packages, damages done during transit, delivery issues etc caused by postal services or customs.
If your parcel has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please always allow additional time as natural delays can occur before reaching out to me. If however your order has not arrived within 14 working days (UK), or 25 working days (international) from dispatch, please contact me and I will look into this for you to the best of my ability and capabilities, raising a claim with the courier where possible. Please note that parcels are only considered lost after a set period of time, claims can take up to 30 days to be investigated and resolved. I appreciated your patience during this time and will do my best to keep you updated during the process. Once an order has been marked as delivered by the postal service, it is not in my responsibility on where your parcel has been left. If stated delivered but missing on your end, there is very little I can do and you will assume responsibility carrying out a claim with the post office, I will happily provide any and all information for you to do so.
If items arrive damaged (which very rarely happens) during transit by postal services, I can’t and will not assume responsibility. Please contact me within 48hrs from when the parcel is delivered with clear photos of the damage; including outer packaging, internal packaging, and the item(s) affected, so I can best assess the issue and submit a claim with the courier. Please retain all packaging materials until the claim has been reviewed as the courier may request additional information and evidence. Any claims made outside of this stated timeframe, or without sufficient evidence may not be eligible for resolution. Once a claim has been reviewed, I will if possible try and resolve it for you with a suitable outcome.
Otherwise, my orders are all hand packed with extreme care and packaged safely, securely and lovingly.
Where I Ship To
I currently ship the United Kingdom, Northern Ireland, USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Asia and more! Except I currently am unable to ship to Europe…due the new regulations set in place, I am working on this behind the scenes hoping to find a way around and get it back up and running ASAP. Follow my social media for most up to date and current updates on shipping. However naturally international postage is more expensive and I am not in control of conversions into your currencies.
Incorrect Details
Please ensure all shipping address and details are correct at checkout BEFORE your order is placed!! If it is incorrect PLEASE let me know AS SOON AS POSSIBLE before dispatch! I cannot be responsible for orders sent to an incorrect address or incomplete address provided by the customer. You are welcome to reorder with the correct address.
